From the tiny hamlet of Caudino di Arcevia it is possibile to directly reach this palace whose origins date back to the 18th century, built on the walls of the little town whose structure is plastered stone in perfect conditions.
All ceilings are in wood, the rooms, also frescoed, are typical of that time, several fireplaces for heating, cellars and attics are characteristic of the old palace. The house is provided with electricity and water and also with a well in the house, that can be directly operated from the kitchen.
